I am talking about the recent rape incident in Delhi, An uber cab driver has raped a young woman in Delhi. once again, a huge slap on Indian prestige and reputation. Yes, we are same one who talks "our culture and heritage are the best in the world" and another side these unstoppable assault realizes the truth.
Who is responsible for this? Why are we hearing about this every day? Is it the fact that it is being reported more often and that is why the huge numbers are coming to gleam?
It seems like we all are helpless, there is nothing we can do to stop the rape cases that we hear about, everyday. There is nothing we can do to protect our children and ourselves too.
I am really get shocked on finding many believe that a woman provokes this assault onto herself by the way she wear dresses, the way she walks to others, the way she talks. Really? If is true than, please make me understand that how a three year old child who got raped and was then killed provoked her assailant & how an old grandmother who got raped by thirty year man.
was she wearing short dress,mini skirt and all?
There is a major problem in our society of "social repercussions", many of us are not even ready to report the crime. This give courage to those one who perform the assault without any fear. this should be removed.
Talking about law and order, There are laws against rape, but score is increasing day by day. The law is enforced but they still do it. We agitate and try to get the death penalty for acts committed, but they still continue. I think the laws needs to be improved. Give them hardest punishment so that they hesitate even to think about that.
According to the latest statistics from National Crime Records Bureau, 93 women are being raped daily in this country.How unsafe is women in this country.This is really matter of shame for our system,law,police and of course us.
How do we stop this? No one seems to have the answer. Never forget,all we have are daughters and sisters in our home.
